Gorgeous sunset over Islington from a few weeks ago. Now the days are growing longer so I’m finally leaving work before the sun is completely gone!
One of the few benefits of insomnia…an empty London and gorgeous light, courtesy of the sunrise. Islington Green never looked so good!
Voice activated “lifts”….quite a challenge in the UK!
Only in England.
While filling out an online sign-up form I had to laugh when the drop-down menu offered me the following options for my “title.” Amazing!
It’s M’lady KEFinLondon to you!
What a delightful surprise on the otherwise mundane and busy Holloway Road. I’d always been curious about Tbilisi and was so happy to have finally gone in to have my first taste of Georgian food.
From the beginning, the generous pours of local Georgian wine and the melt-in-your-mouth cheesy bread starter had me hooked. Add the friendly and helpful service and the enormous portion sizes and you’ve got a meal that’s not only flavorful and delicious but also reasonable on the wallet.
A great option that is a far cry from the typical Upper Street chain restaurants and much more personal, Tbilisi is definitely worth a try and I can’t wait to go back there myself!
